Shipping Policy

TREEN Skincare currently ships to valid residential and business addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international or express shipping.

Shipping charges

• Standard shipping is $8 on orders under $75.
• Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more.

Estimated delivery

Most orders are expected to arrive within 3–5 business days after the order has shipped. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking and shipping addresses

When tracking is available, a shipping-confirmation email will include the carrier and tracking information. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error; changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships.

Delays, missing packages, and order problems

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, holidays, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. To report a missing, damaged, or incorrect order, email treenskincare@gmail.com with your name, order number, and relevant tracking information or photographs.
